Feeling the need to hasten the arrival of spring, I took advantage of a sunny day to overpaint a lugubrious landscape, that I had painted at the end of December, with cheery tulips.

The strange angle in the video is the result of failing masking tape rather than arty aspirations.
No older paintings were harmed in the execution of the anemones a week later…
